In 2020, OneDialog approached Serapion with an innovative product idea. As a startup in its initial phases, OneDialog needed a reliable partner to develop their Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic and the high demand for experienced engineers, Serapion committed to the project.
Our collaboration began with the development of the MVP and, over time, evolved into a robust partnership. We provided continuous support and expertise, enabling OneDialog to navigate their growth journey. By 2024, OneDialog had developed a strong, capable team and was ready to move forward independently.

Partnering with oneDialog, we aimed to streamline processes of communication, creating a backend platform which combines available channels to one easy-to-use application. New features were introduced gradually as we stepped away from MVP, including a web application for brand managers, admins & users which allowed users to use the application on their desktops while in-office, but also continue on the go. Being always connected is key in dealing with your customers.
Together, we empowered brands and their partners with tools for automation and centralized content management, making customer engagement seamless and impactful.
